Today, sustainability in the built environment has exploded to encompass a whole range of focus areas, technologies, and business models, from solar microgrids, to autonomous and electric vehicles, and from human health and well being to behavioral economics. Hospitality projects tend to be some of the best opportunities to embrace these concepts, as guest experience creates the rationale for leaving behind the business as usual. In this talk, Josh will explore these topics, as well as his experience in working with everything from large hotel chains, remote resorts, product manufacturers, and urban boutiques.|
