Eric, born and raised in Miami has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and contract furniture industry. He is a territory manager for C2C Designs. He brings a plethora of design, manufacturing, and sales experience to the NEWH board. He loves traveling as his job, as well as building relationships with his clients. in his personal life he loves to do any type of outdoor activities including tennis, riding bike, and going to the beach. Eric is also a proud veteran of the US Army.

She brings a collaborative mindset and unique perspective to each project, complimented with creative problem- solving skills that are essential to success throughout the design process. She uses her skilled hand-rendering techniques to communicate ideas through a variety of media. Bobbie is a progressive designer who has lived and worked in interior design all over the world, including Cambodia, NYC, Las Vegas, and South Florida. She draws on her well-rounded experience in the hotel and multifamily sectors to lead unparalleled expertise to the One Line team while maintaining the brands aesthetic and values.

Prior to joining the hospitality industry, Jennifer received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Miami with a double major in Business Management and Legal Studies. In pursuit of what she felt was the ideal career path for such a major, she worked as a Law Firm Administrator for over 11 years. In 2014, Jennifer decided to change her path for a more creative and trend-setting industry when she joined EoA (Edge of Architecture) as its Director of Operations. She has sense never looked back and truly enjoys all of the amazing industry professionals and creative souls that she is able to interact with on a daily basis. Jennifer is currently the South Florida Chapter Treasurer and is in her 7th year on the NEWH Board.

With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality world, Monica Bernal made the transition from project manager at a well known custom fabric house to an account manager for Tai Ping Carpets in Miami, Florida. Tai Ping Carpets was founded in 1956 and it is the leading international custom axsminter designer and manufacturer of choice for the discerning global clientele.

Monica has worked with Tai Ping since February of 2014, overseeing Florida and the Bahamas. Shortly after joining Tai Ping, she starting participating with the NEWH chapter in South Florida and became the VP of Administration for the chapter. She truly enjoys her involvement with the industry and plans on serving as the President for next year’s term.

Carolina was born into the field of design & construction; which carved the path into her career. During high school she worked as an associate at a local tile & stone showroom. Shortly after high school she advanced to managing their New York City showroom. Her passion for the industry grew and enrolled in college to become an interior designer. In 2015 she decided move to Florida to be closer to her immediate family. To proceed with her career & establish new roots she got heavily involved with local industry organization including IIDA & NEWH. Currently holds the title of NEWH South Florida Chapters’ Past President / Parliamentarian. Carolina is also the Regional Director of Business Development in Florida for TileBar. TileBar is a direct importer of porcelain and ceramic tiles, natural stone & LVT.

A multi-line company specializing in unique materials servicing the commercial mixed- use, hospitality, multifamily, cruise ship and high-end residential industry.

Go getter by day and foodie, traveler, gardener by night. Enith has been an NEWH member since 2015, past board member, and currently holds the position of Community Service Chair.
