Séura Completes Major Expansion
Renovation Mirrors the Company’s Dedication to Innovative Design

Green Bay, Wis.— Séura, an award-winning creator of technology and design solutions, recently unveiled major renovations to its Green Bay facility. Updates include a 100% footprint expansion, new manufacturing capabilities to triple production capacity, and interior layout and design enhancements to promote collaboration and innovation.

The company, which began in the founders’ garage in 2003, has enjoyed double-digit year-over-year growth by maintaining a corporate culture that CEO and co-founder, Gretchen Gilbertson, describes as “a little bit of swagger and a whole lot of style.” Artwork and design elements throughout the newly completed state-of-the-art facility reflect Séura’s passion for blending design and technology.

“To us, this is much more than a building. It’s a statement that represents the best of who we are, where we’ve been and where we’re going,” said Gilbertson.

As visitors enter the lobby, they are greeted by a massive, pixelated reproduction of A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte by Georges Seurat, whose work influenced both the Séura name and design philosophy. The company’s new product experience gallery features a collection of Séura’s innovative products including a weatherproof outdoor TV, a lighted mirror, a TV mirror and the a new Séura SMART Mirror™ that is first of its kind to integrate an interactive voice and touch enabled digital experience into the bathroom vanity.

For the last 15 years, Séura has designed and produced custom mirror and display solutions for some of the finest homes, hotels and commercial venues in the world – from Hyatt to Marriot to Lambeau Field. Their newly designed facility pays tribute to partners that have contributed to Séura’s growth by naming conference rooms and collaboration spaces after milestone projects like the Mondrian Hotel, the Charles Hotel, Lambeau Field and Brooklyn Pier.

Séura has also grown rapidly in terms of its workforce. Having doubled in the past year and a half, the company is hiring local talent to fill roles in technology, manufacturing and business management. They have also added new types of work spaces to accommodate their growing team with new flexible meeting spaces, a product design lab, and large conference rooms for company meetings and events.

“This investment was focused on our most indispensable asset: our growing team,” Gilbertson said. “We believe our team is our most important differentiator. They will be the force that continues to drive us forward right here in Green Bay.”

DeLeers Construction of DePere was the contractor for the project and Berners-Schober of Green Bay led design.
