No	Are you involved in local organizations dedicated to improving the environmental quality of your communities? For example: recycling, education, "green" networking and leadership.
No	Have you ever surveyed your employees to discover new means of reducing negative environmental impact?
Yes	Has a corporate environmental statement been written and is it available to your employees as well as the public?
No	Do you donate a percentage of proceeds from sales to any NGO's (non-governmental organizations) committed to environmental preservation? Some examples: Nature Conservancy, World Wildlife Fund, The Rainforest Alliance, and Conservation International. Specify: 10% of the sales of our reclaim products are donated to the Rocky Mountain Institute
No	Has your company initiated programs to support and benefit local businesses and individuals in an effort to promote social equity in your community?
