NEWH Event Attendance

Students 18-21 years of age can attend NEWH events that are designated family events, student mentoring events, or other events where alcohol is not being served. For all other NEWH events, attendees younger than 21 years of age are only permitted/invited to attend event if they are accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.

NEWH, Inc. Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

NEWH, Inc. (The Network of Executive Women in Hospitality, Inc.) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in NEWH, Inc..
If NEWH refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations received within 30 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $35 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to NEWH.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all NEWH, Inc. memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

NEWH Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

NEWH, Inc and its chapters reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If NEWH, Inc or its chapters cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 5 business days before the event.
Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a 10% service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

NEWH Goods Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from NEWH, Inc. (The Network of Executive Women in Hospitality, Inc.) require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, Returns must be authorized by NEWH, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any NEWH, Inc. product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by NEWH, Inc. partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
