Together, we have reached a remarkable milestone. NEWH has now awarded more than $10 million in scholarships and grown to a global community of more than 8,000 members. That progress reflects the commitment of our volunteers, our partners, and every member who believes in the power of this network.

NEWH has always been about connection. Through our chapters, events, and programs, professionals across hospitality come together to share knowledge, support one another, and strengthen the future of our industry.
For the next two years, our focus will centre on three priorities: Transformation, Connection, and Impact. This is a moment to reflect on how far we have come and to build thoughtfully for what comes next.
It is an honour to serve as your President. Over the past two years, I had the privilege of working with the events team as Vice President of Events, supporting the BrandED program and preparing for the 2026 Leadership Conference. Those experiences showed me firsthand how much dedication, creativity, and care our volunteers bring to this organization.
