Lisa Kieffner is a Textile Specialist for Mayer Fabrics. Mayer Fabrics is an upholstery company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. They offer products in several markets including hospitality, healthcare and corporate environments. Ms. Kieffner promotes their products in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio for the manufacturing, design, dealer and architecture industry. She works diligently to maintain Mayer Fabrics outstanding reputation and takes pride in the excellent service they provide. Ms. Kieffner graduated from Bellarmine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. After graduation, Ms. Kieffner started her hospitality career with sales and marketing for amusement/theme parks, continuing her sales skills with the Marriott Hotels and then working with group sales and marketing for the Regal Theatres and IMAX Corporation. In 2001, she started as the Marketing Director for the Jasper Group (formerly known as Jasper Seating Company, Inc. ). Then joined Mayer Fabrics in 2008. As a leader who has been very successful in her field for over 18 years, Ms. Kieffner attributes her personal and professional success to having great mentors and constantly learning from her peers and co-workers. She became involved in this profession when she began in sales and marketing and developed a true passion for the industry. The highlight of her career has been the relationships she has built and seeing the drive for success in the new generation of industry leaders. Ms. Kieffner has been a Regional Member of NEWH since 2002. During this time, she was on the NEWH Magazine Advertising Committee from 2003-2006, contributed to new programs for Regional members and attended the 2007 and 2009 NEWH Leadership Conference. In January 2008, Ms. Kieffner was appointed to the Board of Directors as the Director of Expansion. She is very excited about the development of new chapters and working with our current members and dedicated supporters of the organization.
