Martha’s Mentors

Guidance that shapes careers. Relationships that last.

Martha’s Mentors is NEWH’s signature mentorship program, designed to support individuals early in their hospitality careers through meaningful, one-to-one mentorship with experienced industry leaders.

This program is not about quick advice or surface-level networking. It is about sustained guidance, shared experience, and building confidence through real conversation.

By pairing emerging professionals with accomplished mentors, Martha’s Mentors creates space for growth across career development, leadership, industry knowledge, and long-term professional connection.

Why Mentorship Matters

Mentorship is one of the most effective tools for professional growth, yet it remains inaccessible to many.

37%
Only 37% of professionals have a mentor
89%
89% of those who have been mentored go on to mentor others
63%
63% of women have never had a formal mentor
Martha's Mentors exists to change that.
This program is designed to create a ripple effect across the hospitality industry, strengthening individuals, organizations, and the community as a whole.

Program Objectives
