Our Lighting Design Studio is expanding, and we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team.

Position Summary:

Studiolux LLC is seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our Las Vegas office, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The ideal candidate will be adept at working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborating effectively with the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lighting Layouts and Documentation:
    • Prepare and modify architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and details, using AutoCAD Architecture and/or Revit.
    • Accurately model components from cut sheets into Revit families.
    • Develop and detail fixture schedules in Revit and/or CAD.
    • Manage client FTP sites for downloading CAD drawings and Revit models, and handle project deliverable uploads.
  • Standards and Coordination:
    • Create, follow, and maintain lighting department standards (including Revit modeling, AGI, fixture families, and LPD).
    • Coordinate with project team members, including project team leaders and other internal and external collaborators.

Position Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency with AGI32, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (including InDesign), Excel, Word, Acrobat, and/or Bluebeam.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
