The Account Manager will support the customer journey by liaising with all the various influencers in the sales cycle.

They must be results and detail-driven with a desire to experience personal and professional growth in tandem. This role, remote or based in Dallas, reports to our Sales Manager for the International Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement sales strategies and initiatives to grow the existing customer base, increase brand engagement, drive channel revenue and capture new customers.
  • Multi-task and handle the needs of a large client base including booking and conducting client meetings, scheduling, and executing product knowledge presentations, fulfilling administrative duties associated with maintaining the client base.
  • Work with designers and retailers to plan product assortments, editing from our large base of more than 1500 SKU’s to properly target each local market’s opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to install Arteriors branded gallery spaces where synergies exist for brand leverage and business optimization.
  • Articulate product attributes, nuances, and brand differentiators to drive conversion in a manner that builds brand recognition, brand commitment, brand loyalty and ultimately converts business.
  • Participate in all relevant trade shows and markets; leverage client interactions to strategically influence business growth.
  • Occasional travel on the road to visit current clients and prospect for future clients.
  • Conducts telephone and video sales calls with clients, current and future.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to provide optimum customer service.
  • Analyze monthly reporting to determine areas for growth and identify methods to build a successful client portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role, with proven YOY sales growth.
  • A four-year college degree is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish, highly preferred.
  • A strong product and design orientation, including an ability to understand the nuances of handcrafted, decorative product.
  • Strong aptitude for communicating product knowledge to clients.
  • A collaborative, natural ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive to grow new business.
  • Experience selling and/or working with home furnishings and/or luxury products is beneficial and an important qualifier for any candidate.
  • Solid knowledge and efficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • A strong sense of organization and solid level of detail orientation are required.
