Now hiring a Project Manager for direct hire position in the Los Angeles Metro Area.
This position will be working remotely from home office and traveling to local project sites as needed., mostly on-site. Occasional travel for training and corporate events may be necessary.
Salary range is $95K – $115K, depending on experience with extensive full benefits available including 100% paid medical insurance for the employee, 401k with 4% match after 6 months, referral bonuses, and flexible PTO.
This is not your typical Project Management position. If you come from the interior design world and have some construction exposure as well, this could be for you!
This role oversees the development of the scope for interior spaces as well as the execution of the interior space build out. This role ensures that all designs are carried out while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role will work with a lot of autonomy but will be collaborating with many different entities. It is desired the role be filled by someone with interior design experience and skills while at the same time be able to manage the execution of the work.

Design Integration Manager
Services will be provided by the Design Integration Manager and include project management for the delivery of the Unit Finish Selections & Renovations.
- Lead planning and oversight of unit turnover and renovation work for incoming residents.
- Collaborate with Facilities/EVS (consulted) and vendors to define scope and turnaround timelines.
- Gather and review the required materials from the design team.
- To scale floor plan for each depositor
- To scale electrical plan for each depositor
- To scale ceiling plan for each depositor
- Color option finish boards (from Architect or Client Standards)
- Finishes Booklet to include cut sheets on all appliances, plumbing fixtures, finishes and selected upgrades
- Review finish and upgrade options with sales team.
- Meet with each depositor (with a sales team rep) to review upgrade options.
- Document the selections made by each depositor.
- Coordinate with General Contractor to provide pricing on each option.
- Meet again with depositors (with a sales team rep) to confirm pricing and selections made.
- Provide an approved upgrade package to GC for construction.
- Coordinate vendor execution for approved upgrades and modifications.
- Verify completed work aligns with upgrade agreements.
- Confirm final unit cleanliness, inspections, and punch list completion.
- Coordinate all move in logistics in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams to support resident orientation and help transition them to community services.
Work to be completed by the new Allied Project Manager, TBD, under the guidance of Allied Account Director. This is not done outside the sales team but with the sales team providing input and managing the overall relationship with the depositor.
Move-In Coordinator
Reports to: Allied Partners Director – Client Director
Position Summary
The Move In Coordinator (MIC), plays a central role in coordinating aspects of new resident move-ins across Phase II new construction and Phase I renovated unit turnovers. The MIC serves as the operational bridge connecting Sales, Operations, AP/Construction, and vendors to ensure a smooth, resident-centered transition. This role focuses on unit readiness, customization verification, punch list management, vendor coordination, construction close-out activities, and move in logistics, reducing the workload previously placed on EVS.
New Construction Move In
- Review and validate all resident selections, upgrades, and changes recorded in Blue Fingerprint/Excel with Sales and Business Office.
- Audit Blue Fingerprint/Excel entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with construction and procurement.
- Confirm that installed finishes, fixtures, and upgrades match Blue Fingerprint specifications during final inspections.
- Coordinate corrections for discrepancies between software selections and field installation.
- Serve as the primary liaison with AP/Construction and vendors during the final months of construction.
- Monitor unit progress to ensure readiness aligns with targeted move in dates.
- Identify punch list items and coordinate vendor resolution.
- Develop and manage individual move in schedules for new residents in collaboration with Sales. Sales to confirm when contract has been signed and Sales/Business office to confirm when all deposits/EFs have been paid.
- Coordinate access, elevator schedules, parking, deliveries, and day of move logistics.
- Communicate with Resident Services (new resident orientation, Residential Health (physical assessments), and Creative Living (resident engagement and integration) of move-in dates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, AP/Construction, and existing Operational leadership.
- Maintain strong, consistent communication with the Executive Director about move in timelines and community readiness.
- Foster positive, professional communication with residents throughout the process.
- Ensure all teams have visibility into schedules, customization details, and resident expectations.
Project Management & Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, timelines, and progress logs.
- Oversee Blue Fingerprint accuracy, ensuring all selections and changes are correctly captured and implemented.
- Generate weekly progress reports for the Director of Strategic Growth and community leadership.
- Coordinate vendor schedules and monitor scope adherence and completion.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance move in efficiency and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years in construction coordination, renovation management, senior living operations, hospitality project management, or similar.
- Experience with construction tracking platforms (e.g., Blue Fingerprint, Procore, etc.) preferred.
- Understanding of residential construction, finishes, and customization workflows.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple timelines and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or project management tool experience a plus.
- On site presence required to interface with residents and staff.
