Momentum Textiles & Wallcoverings – Dallas, TX or Irvine, CA
POSITION PURPOSE:
To develop, execute and manage our strategic digital marketing & social media initiatives. Executes all defined marketing projects from beginning to completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Oversee, update and maintain the digital presence of the organization, constantly observing, identifying problems, tracking and monitoring existing issues
- Manage website content and incremental updates while we work towards a next generation website
- Post engaging customer-facing content and respond to comments and inquires
- Grow website traffic and social media following driving more conversions in the most optimal and efficient way
- Monitor, evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements to maximize results
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Mix of creativity and analytical abilities
- Good visual storytelling skills
- Experience with managing social media, video and other digital media platforms.
- Excellent follow through as well as verbal communications, writing, editing and presentation skills
- Proficiency with social media analytics platforms, Google Analytics
- Hootsuite experience
- At least 3-5 years in digital/social media communications
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or one to three more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
