Job Title: Entry-level to Mid-level Digital Content Marketing Specialist or Manager

Position Overview:
The Digital Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms. This role involves creating compelling, data-driven content that resonates with hospitality interior designers, purchasing agents, and hotel owners/developers and aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital content strategy, including blogs, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Content Creation and Editing: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices and brand messaging.
- SEO and Analytics: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for SEO, and track performance metrics to enhance content visibility and engagement.
- Social Media Management: Oversee US content distribution across all relevant social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring a consistent voice and brand presence.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for Ulster.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage the US editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of content through Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools; make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to ensure cohesive content that supports overall business objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with hospitality and carpet industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve content strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role for a Manager position.
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other content marketing tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
