Adler Lighting Sales | Georgia & Tennessee Territory

Adler Lighting Sales is seeking a highly motivated Independent Sales Representative to lead and expand our presence within lighting showrooms and the hospitality sectors across Georgia and portions of Tennessee.

We represent a curated collection of 14 high-end lighting manufacturers and are looking for a driven professional to grow our showroom partnerships and specification business throughout this expanded territory.

Position Overview

This role is equally focused on two primary areas: servicing and growing our lighting showroom accounts and expanding our reach within the hospitality sectors.

On the lighting showroom side, you will:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with established showroom partners.
  • Drive sales through product education, in-store trainings, merchandising support, and consistent follow-up.
  • Introduce new product launches and ensure showroom teams are confident presenting our lines.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded floor placement and deeper brand penetration.

On the hospitality side, you will:

  • Develop and grow relationships with commercial architectural firms and hospitality design firms.
  • Call on electrical distributors to drive specification and project opportunities.
  • Identify and track projects in hospitality, senior living, multi-family construction, restaurants, casinos, and large-scale developments.
  • Support projects from early design concept through specification, value engineering, and installation.
  • Deliver product presentations and CEU courses to architects and designers.

This is a relationship-intensive, specification-driven sales role requiring consistent travel throughout Georgia and portions of Tennessee. Success in this position requires balancing immediate showroom sales activity with longer-term contract and hospitality project development.

As an Independent Sales Representative, you will:

  • Maintain and grow a strong base of showroom accounts.
  • Actively prospect new showroom and contract opportunities within the territory.
  • Build trust with architects, designers, distributors, and showroom principals.
  • Track and manage a pipeline of active projects across multiple verticals.
  • Collaborate with manufacturer partners to support large-scale opportunities.
  • Represent Adler Lighting Sales at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficient with CRM systems, project tracking tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual presentation platforms.
✔ Willing to Travel – Regular in-person meetings across Georgia and portions of Tennessee, including occasional overnight travel.
✔ Industry Experience Preferred – Background in lighting, electrical distribution, architecture, interior design, construction, or related fields is strongly preferred.
