Panaz – Various Territories
Panaz is seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join the Panaz team in these states: CA-San Francisco, WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, AZ, CO, NM, OK, LA, HI and AK. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to promote and sell Panaz’s Fabrics to new and existing clients. This is a commission-based position, allowing for flexible hours and the opportunity for high earnings based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and develop a defined sales territory, effectively prioritizing accounts and opportunities.
- Travel to client locations and industry events as required to promote products.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the products represented, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Work closely with manufacturers to align sales strategies and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives and teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Member of Business Networking group(s): NEWH, ASID, HSMAI, AHLA, etc…
Qualifications
- Proven experience and connections in sales, preferably in contract, Interior Designer’s, Architect’s, Health Care, Assistant Living, Hospitality and Cruse line industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build rapport and work effectively with a diverse clientele.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
