Rotary Supply – Various Territories

At Rotary Linens, we provide linens and amenities to the Hospitality, Spas and Fitness Industries, Private Clubs/Country Clubs, Yachting, Aviation, Healthcare, Assisted Living and Long Term Care Facilities, Abnb VRBO and Institutional industries.

As an Independent Sales Rep with an assigned territory, you’ll have a dedicated territory to call on for the target industries we service, as well as other complimentary or any new businesses you find and want to target to for linen and OS&E needs. With four generations of success in Florida and beyond, Rotary strives to be the leading linen supplier and distributor nationwide and internationally.

Sales Expectation:

  • The primary task is new business acquisition, expanding opportunities with existing customers, and by developing business with prospective customers
  • Help prospective customers identify linen product solutions, which can be customized for their business needs
  • Follow-up on quotes to close business
  • Update customers on any pricing, item price changes and delivery information
  • Present competitive solutions to help customers improve the quality of the products they receive. Showcase offering through in person presentations, virtual presentations, email and phone calls
  • Help them “green” their supply chain with products we offer that are Oeko-Tex certified
  • Call on ownership and management companies, GMs and Directors of Housekeeping, Investors and Investment Groups, Abnb multi-unit owners, Sr. Living Facility owners/operators, Spa operators and any other decision makers to promote our products by phone, social media/LinkedIn, email, and in-person meetings
  • Follow company sales policies and procedures, including pricing markup recommendation and guidelines
  • Build relationships, communicate openly, educate customers, manage customer needs and proactively work with other Reps and internal support team members to service customer at the highest level
  • Attend trade shows, networking and marketing events as relevant to the target markets and in your territory
  • Monitor and report competitor activity in your territory with Managers/other Reps
  • Meet and exceed goals to drive your own and the company’s financial success
  • This position reports directly to the CEO/Owner of Rotary Supply and the VP of Business Development

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years work experience, Outside Sales preferred but not required
  • Service industry/Hospitality/Healthcare Linen, Textile, Fabric, Interior Design, A&D, Purchasing or Management company experience but not required
  • The ability to think creatively, problem-solve and be solutions oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, Email, drafting quotes/proposals, cost benefit analysis (as needed or requested by customers at times), competitive advantage communication
  • Strong insight into how various organizations operate and what decision-makers to target to gain trust and win business
  • The desire to win and grow financially and exceed sales expectations
  • Once available, track sales pipeline in company’s provided CRM system
  • Live in or close proximity to assigned territory. Ability to travel within territory

Commission Compensation

We offer a protected sales territory and uncapped commission potential, with sales support

  • 50% commission on net/profit. Paid monthly, once Rotary is paid by Rep’s customers
  • Training with partners/vendors to learn about overall product offering, new product launches, discontinued opportunities
