About the Position:

We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and professional Independent Hospitality Sales Representative for our Shademaker and Jardinico brands. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in luxury patio umbrellas and accessories sales within the hospitality market and existing strong, successful relationships with hospitality designers/specifiers and luxury hospitality brands.

Our Ideal Rep:

  • You take pride in your well-established book of business and have an extensive network within the architecture and design community, as well as luxury hospitality brands and direct-to-property teams.
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities is a thrill for you, but you also love connecting with our current customer base by in-person line presentation and new product launches.
  • You are enthusiastic about travel within your assigned territory, attending tradeshows, and local industry networking events.
  • You will collaborate closely with our talented internal Account Managers to generate formal quotes, streamline orders, and keep everything running smoothly with logistics.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience with specific, relevant background in the sales of high-end luxury furnishings business.
  • A solid history of success in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong relationships with specifiers, designers and direct-to-property teams.
  • Boasts existing strong relationships with high-end designers, luxury hospitality brands and purchasers.

Compensation: Competitive 100% commission-based compensation structure.
