C2 Limited Design Associates – Norwalk, CT
Education: Bachelor Degree Interior Design or Architecture
Certification: NCIDQ or NCARB preferred
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience with design and project management of new builds and renovation projects. (Hospitality design experience is a plus)
Project Manager Duties:
- Manage projects from conception to completion (from Schematic Design through Construction Administration)
- Knowledge of construction and design drawing sets
- Collaborate with base building architect, consultants, General Contractors, to collaborate on drawings, review submittals and specifications
- Attend site meetings, review in field construction conditions and compose minutes of record
- Create Interior Design finish plans and schedules
- Collaborate with and report to the co-creative directors on a regular basis with project updates
- Support and manage design team members to assist in project duties
- Assist with execution of FF&E specifications, procurement, purchasing, and coordination of installation
- Create and manage schedules and meet deadlines accordingly
- Keep track of budgets in the form of Excel spreadsheets
- Create Purchase Orders and Client proposals
- Correspond with vendors as well as review vendor quotes and invoices
