Séura is seeking a Sales Representative to join our hospitality sales team. This position will cover hospitality accounts in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. We are looking for someone who will build industry relationships through consistent interaction and follow through, utilize sales tools and processes, sell product value and differentiation, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Essential Functions and Key Activities:

  • Grow customer accounts
  • Effectively sell premium solutions
  • Be an expert in the Hospitality sector
  • Influence key stakeholders and help drive Brand Programs
  • Be creative with Solution Selling techniques
  • Facilitate the sales process by add-on selling, probing, and offering reselects
  • Respond to all customer communications in a timely manner and be highly responsive to customer needs and inquiries
  • Work closely with the Séura Support Team to facilitate orders and RFQs
  • Continuously increase product and technical knowledge in order to assist internal and external customers
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
  • Exude best-in-class Séura Style!


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous Hospitality sales experience required – large Accounts preferred
  • Exceptionally strong relationship building skillset
  • Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize workload, and work under pressure on time sensitive issues
  • Display a positive, professional, friendly, and customer focused attitude
  • Be a creative problem solver
  • Possess a serious list of contacts in the hospitality industry
  • Northwestern United States based position covering Washington, Oregon, and Idaho
