PIERPOINT – Orlando, FL
The Office Assistant will assist the PierPoint team with the following items. This will be a part time, hourly position.
Responsibilities
- Collect and Process Mail
- Make Bank Deposits (this is done in the office)
- Update IT System and necessary tracking forms
- Process Control Samples
- Create Transmittals and Fabric Data Sheets
- Send to mills
- Create project folders
- Process Strike offs received from the mill
- Create Labels
- Update Project Folder
- Send samples to client or rep
- Manage Sample Library
- Prepare mailings of samples to clients/reps as requested
- Prepare samples (cut and label) for distribution
- Maintain mailing list
- Track and distribute POM Boxes
- Intown Suites Project
- Prepare mailing for Intown Suites Hooks
- Update Order Tracking form to include shipping details and payment details
- Assist the team preparing for tradeshows
- Occasional local pick up and deliveries to customers
- Order Office Supplies
- Assist with maintenance of office
- Vacuum
- Trash
Requirements
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
- Design background would be a plus
