Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day business functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working across order management, procurement, and administrative processes in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
- Coordinate procurement of products with vendors and internal teams
- Perform light accounting tasks, including invoice processing and basic reconciliations
- Maintain accurate data entry across systems and spreadsheets
- Provide general administrative support, including document management and internal coordination
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and operational organization as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience; hospitality, operations, or administrative backgrounds strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and basic accounting processes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in an in-office setting
