Samuelson Furniture – Passaic County, NJ

We are high end furniture manufacturers and importers for contract/hospitality and senior living industries located in Passaic County, NJ. The project coordinator oversees and manages the information needed to produce the designed furniture for each project. Each project is tracked from creation to delivery with attention to detail and customer service.

Communication with hotel ownership, designers, purchasing agents, suppliers and our overseas factories are ongoing and require excellent communication skills. Each product is detailed managed for all necessary components in order to be produced as per CAD/design intended. Maintain detailed project documentation of key project decisions and customer requests and revisions.

Job Skills required:

  • Must be detailed oriented, extremely organized with good time management
  • Ability to integrate frequent changes in scope into project planning
  • Ability to read furniture CAD
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient I Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday
