Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who polished, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to enhance our Project Management team. The Project Manager will serve as a representative of the company when interacting with clients and vendors. The Project Manager will be managing day-to-day activities from the start of a project to delivery and installation. For this role, you should have knowledge of high-end furniture, experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and organize incoming quotation requests
  • Compiling pricing into spreadsheets to use for quotations
  • Assisting with the strategic analysis during the “pre-bid” process
  • Preparing quotes to send to clients and representatives in a timely fashion
  • Process all quote revisions
  • Create and Manage Project Status Reports
  • Process order acknowledgements and deposits
  • Prepare and issue client invoices
  • Issue Purchase Orders to factory and vendors
  • Receive, record, and coordinate fabrics and distribute to appropriate locations
  • Manage custom finish sample production and approval with clients
  • Collaborate with Engineering on approval process and release orders to Production
  • Track status of pending Change Orders and follow up with clients
  • Maintaining customer information and project database in CRM
  • Work collectively with Project Management Team
  • Work with our Asia team as required
  • Provide our Representatives with service when requested
  • Provide our clients with service when requested

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Hospitality, or related field
  • Knowledge of high-end and custom furniture

Compensation

Competitive salaries and health insurance provided with a 401K option.
Position is Remote with 1-2 days a week in office. Must live in the greater Atlanta Area.
