Berman Purchasing – Remote position

Berman Purchasing provides FF&E procurement services to the hospitality, multi-family, and senior living industry segments. We are currently accepting applications for a Purchasing Manager. This is a remote position.


  • Manage overall success of multiple projects
  • Create and revise purchase orders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complicated supply chain challenges
  • Obtain quotes and competitive bids from suppliers
  • Coordinate and manage logistics and installations
  • Create, maintain and distribute project status reports
  • Some travel required – ie: site visits, factory reviews, model room installation and attending trade shows


  • Minimum 5 years experience as a project purchasing manager in hospitality, senior living or multi family
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extensive comprehension of the manufacturing process of furniture, fixtures and equipment
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft O365 Suite, Dropbox, and Quickbooks Enterprise software
  • Ability to multi task and handle large volume of projects with challenging deadlines
