Position Vision

Create a customer-friendly experience for our commercial clients, maintaining a positive can-do attitude; facilitating sales by being the driving force behind all projects to move them along and close the sale.

In this role, you will be responsible for project follow ups, Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

  • Sell Tile!
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to identify problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Dynamic team player who can think creatively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Have knowledge of interior design, construction and hotels.
