Business Development

  • Support Executive team in new business development pursuits and follow up action items.
  • Seek out and track new business leads.
  • Track and maintain conference / event calendar.
  • Plan and coordinate conference attendance, events, sponsorships, guest invitations.
  • Track and provide follow up for all new business leads from event attendance.
  • Provide research as needed on potential clients, event attendees, and projects.
  • Studio 11 event planning for all business lines and regional locations.
  • Provide support to accounting team in developing marketing / business development annual budgets.
  • Pursue and maintain sponsor relationships.

Opportunity pursuits and sales

  • Track and seek out RFPs from leads.
  • Receive and respond to all RFPs.
  • Track proposals through response process and follow up.
  • Attend and coordinate attendance for pre-proposal meetings.
  • Work with internal marketing to develop RFP response and supporting materials (i.e. Lookbooks, Team Bios)
  • Work with Executive team primarily CFO and Operations to develop proposal response.
  • Obtain Executive approval on all project fees.
  • Issue proposals to clients.
  • Track and follow up on proposals until awarded.
  • If not awarded, seek out proposal / interview feedback.
  • Coordinate all new project interview activities, materials, and follow up.
  • Support CFO and Operations in drafting Additional Service proposals as needed.
