ATLANTA, GA – July 1, 2026 – Carver & Associates, a leading provider of hospitality procurement, interior design, project management, and FF&E/OS&E purchasing services, today announced the promotion of Lee Phipps to Chief Operating Officer.
Phipps joined Carver & Associates earlier this year and has played an instrumental role in advancing the company’s strategic initiatives, strengthening operational performance, and expanding business development efforts. In her new role, she will oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations while partnering with President & CEO Larry Carver to execute the company’s long-term growth strategy.

With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Phipps has built a distinguished career in hospitality, healthcare administration, business development, and operations management. Throughout her career, she has led large, multi-site organizations, developed high-performing teams, managed complex operational initiatives, and cultivated strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
As COO, Phipps will lead operational strategy, organizational development, client experience initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting Carver’s continued expansion into hospitality, senior living, healthcare, commercial, and specialty markets.
