About NEWH Scholarships – An objective of the NEWH By-laws is to promote scholarship, education and interest within the Hospitality Industry. NEWH, Inc. and its chapters fundraise to provide scholarships to students pursuing a career within Hospitality related fields (Interior Design, Hospitality Management, Culinary, Architecture, Senior Living, etc.).

NEWH Interior Design $15,000 scholarship sponsored by P/Kaufmann Contract: Open to interior design students with a career focus in hospitality at Fashion Institute of Technology-NY, Pace University, Parsons School of Design-The New School, Paul Smith’s College, New York School of Interior Design or Pratt Institute. Awarded at HD Platinum Circle Gala in New York City, held annually in November. Scholarship recipient must be able to attend the awards event with paid airfare/lodging provided. Now Open!

NEWH Structures of Hospitality Excellence (SOHE) $10,000 Scholarship, sponsored by MGroup™ and ALIS DESIGN+. Open to students in a four-year or graduate degree majoring in architecture, construction management, civil or environmental engineering, or project management with a career objective within the hospitality industry. Awarded at ALIS DESIGN+ in Los Angeles, CA, held annually in January. Scholarship recipient must be able to attend the awards event with paid airfare/lodging provided.
