Tiffany Miller-Baker is a New York Interior Designer who loves transforming spaces into something unforgettable. For over fifteen years she has turned her passion into real experience on projects as far ranging as: commercial, corporate, restaurant, retail, and hospitality. Tiffany celebrates her team and together they create functional and inspiring spaces. She takes pride in making each project unique and constantly strives to incorporate unexpected elements with a fresh way of thinking, discovering space, and expressing new ideas. Experienced in all design aesthetics and possessing an open-minded palate for taste, Tiffany is able to ease into any project and style with enthusiasm and ingenuity. When Tiffany isn’t busy creating beautiful spaces, she enjoys traveling with her family, theater, new restaurants and fashion.

Lissette (Liz) Wispe is the Vice President of Administration for the NYC chapter. She has been a board member for 8 years, supporting and volunteering for programming and fundraising events to help promote the overall organization’s purpose and benefits to students, as well as helping implement staple events like the DEI Flavors of Inclusion: Taste of Diversity evening. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, she specializes in sourcing and procurement with FF&E Interior Design and Construction sourcing strategies, that now extend into other verticals such as healthcare, retail and education, in categories like facilities, marketing and print, information technology and corporate services. Outside of her professional work, she is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion through community engagement. Based in Brooklyn, NY, she can often be found chasing her German Shepherd through Sunset Park.

Works with developers, architects and interior designer in specifying decorative plumbing products for multifamily and hospitality projects. Represents Blanco, Brizo, Delta, Ginger, Hydro Systems, Kraus, Laufen, Mansfield, Native Trails, Newport Brass, Peerless, Steamist, Watco. An amateur photographer with a passion for marketing and social media. An adventure traveler. Owner of two adorable Devon Rex cats: One from The Ukraine and the other from Moscow.

Now, SVP of Sales US for La Bottega Collective, she manages sales as well as business development nationwide. Happily married with 2 great kids and 3 adorable pups, with a strong belief in working hard while making time for important things. Aside from being a carpet nerd, she also enjoys fitness, travel, beaches, and boating and is a proud NEWH board/Committee member for 6 years.

Erica Puccio is the CEO of Puccio Collaborative, a design development and brand management group to the A&D community. She joins the NEWH NY Chapter as the 2024 President with over 20 years of experience in interior design, product management, business development, and marketing & branding knowledge. Her passion and dedication drive her commitment to elevate and empower the voices of present day and future industry leaders who promote sustainable spaces, quality products, and positive inclusive experiences. All in the best effort through community outreach and collaboration to help shape and sculpt our cultural landscape for next generations.

Lionel is a manufacturer representative with over 12 years in sales, currently partnering with BlomaH; bespoke furniture, and Lapama; custom made rugs, two brands that share his deep appreciation for craftsmanship and intentional design. His work in the hospitality space made NEWH a natural home, and he has embraced that connection wholeheartedly as the New York’s Chapter Director of Fundraising. For Lionel, NEWH is more than a professional network, it’s a community built on the same values he brings to everything he does: genuine relationships, meaningful conversations, and a belief that real connection changes things. Whether he’s on the floor at a trade show or rallying support for a scholarship that will open a door for a student, he shows up the same way; fully present and invested in the people in front of him. Outside of work, Lionel is a proud father of three and a music lover who believes the best moments in life, like the best rooms, happen when everything comes together just right.

Sky Tucker is North American Business Developer for Nalesso, a third-generation Italian atelier known for bespoke furniture. With over two decades of experience partnering with leading designers on luxury hospitality projects, he delivers highly customized, design driven solutions. His background as an DJ and producer informs a deep understanding of atmosphere and experiential design. Originally from Miami and based in Brooklyn since 1999, he lives with his wife, daughter, and dog, and happily serves as Scholarship Director for the NEWH New York Chapter.

Starting her career as an interior designer, Lisa Bressler transitioned to sales almost 20 years ago. A sales executive to Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering, Lisa continues to service the A&D community in multiple markets such as hospitality, workplace and healthcare. Her offerings also include Acoustical products. Lisa is excited to join the NYC NEWH board for the first time. In her free time, Lisa loves to travel, read and spend time with her husband, 2 sons and her adorable dog.

Jon Healy is a hospitality industry professional with a strong background in sales, brand development, and strategic partnerships. His passion for hospitality design led to him to found The HARP Team, a multi-line sales rep agency in the NYC area. Jon enjoys the meaningful connections and supportive-nature of the hospitality design community. He is committed to advancing NEWH’s mission and creating opportunities for both emerging talent and established industry leaders.

Laura Carter (she/her) is a multi-line sales representative. Laura has a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Laura started her career in New York with her first role in marketing at a commercial interior design firm. Since transitioning into sales, she enjoys collaborating with designers to help make their concepts come to life. On the weekends you can find Laura exploring Brooklyn, playing soccer, and running half marathons. Her favorite part of NEWH helping support the team and spending our fundraising proceeds on the future of hospitality!

Claire Claussen owns Claussen Concepts, a hospitality agency representing Montague casegoods, Marquis seating, Mix by Trinity lighting, MTS seating, and Room 360 by FOH. Claire has a BA degrees in Economics and Accounting from Fairfield University. Although her career began in the corporate accounting world, she soon after transitioned to the world of hospitality sales and never looked back. The cutting edge design projects she gets to work on with clients is the culmination of her love of business and design. On the weekends you can find Claire running on the west side and trying ALL of the incredible restaurants NYC has to offer. Her favorite part of NEWH is knowing that her efforts and time are going to such a great cause, student scholarships.
