Role Overview:
We are seeking an Independent Sub-Rep to become a partner in the hospitality furnishings industry. You will help represent top-tier brands to architecture and design firms, purchasing companies, and hotel ownership groups.
Key Details:
- 100% commission-based role
- Requires 30-50% travel throughout the assigned territory
- Must reside in WA, OR, ID, MT or AK
- Flexible schedule with the ability to manage your own responsibilities
- You will be supported to become part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team
Ideal Candidate:
- A true self-starter with exceptional follow-through
- Ethical, accountable, and client-focused
- Willing to learn the ins and outs of multiple product lines
- Comfortable representing lighting, soft seating, carpet, fabrics, and casegoods
- Highly responsive and tech-savvy with virtual tools like Zoom and CRM platforms
- Experience in hospitality or commercial sales is preferred, but we are open to training an outstanding candidate who brings ambition, professionalism, and heart to the role.
