Micaela Sheffield is an Interior Designer at Premier in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) with a BFA in Environmental Interior Design and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship. Micaela has over 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her favorite things include: her puppy, Maggie, summer vacations to Lake Tahoe, and spicy margaritas.
With over 15 years of experience, Lindsey is an award-winning interior designer known for crafting brand-forward, thoughtfully designed spaces that leave a lasting impression. Her signature approach blends meticulous attention to detail with a refined eye for bespoke furniture, curated finishes, and storytelling through design.
Lindsey has led projects for some of the most recognized hospitality brands, including Hilton, Curio Collection, Wyndham, Marriott International, Renaissance, Moxy, Autograph Collection, and Fairmont Hotels. Her diverse portfolio spans resorts, mixed-use developments, branded and boutique hotels, food & beverage venues, country clubs, and multi-family communities—each influenced by her global sensibility and passion for travel.
A graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a minor in Art (Drawing), Lindsey’s foundation in both technical design and artistic expression informs every project she touches.
Her work has been featured in Interior Design, USA Today, Boutique Design, Condé Nast Traveler, and Hospitality Design. In 2018, she was honored as one of Boutique Design’s Boutique 18, recognizing rising leaders in hospitality design.
Past President Texas Association of Interior Design, I have served the TAID Board as President 2 years and VP of Industry for 16 years in North Texas. Current Student Relations Dallas NEWH Board Member.

Jill is the owner of Wabi Sabi Hospitality LLC, a multi-line sales company representing the state of Texas. She has 22 years of combined experience as an interior designer, hospitality purchasing agent, and FF&E program developer for Cushman & Wakefield client services. In her free time, she supports her sons’ with their extracurricular activities, volunteering at their schools and enjoying walks with her dog, Kelsey. Her hobbies include soccer, running 5k races with her son, occasional skateboarding, yoga and traveling to visit family and friends in Hawaii, Minnesota, Texas and Toronto.
