Sonya Miles, Director of Hospitality for Max Michelle Interiors, is a creative and driven leader focused on delivering bottom line results to clients through bespoke interior design services. It all starts with a story – a big idea or desired experience – followed by brainstorming, molding, shaping, stretching, and refining the supporting concepts to thrill her clients.
Sonya also gives her time and passion to supporting future designers through mentoring, scholarships, and fundraising as Scholarship Director for the NEWH Orange County, CA Regional Chapter.
In her spare time, Sonya enjoys bike riding through the Orange County foothills with her family.
Sheri Black-Flynn has been an AE for MDC Interior Solutions for 20 years. She is a resource for designers and architects who want to create spaces that their clients will love and obviously loves what she does. She says the best part of her job is her amazing clients that she misses spending time with these days.
Sheri is our secretary and handles meeting minutes, gathering and sending reports, keeping us in the loop on important NEWH Inc info and is in charge of our local social media.
While not working she enjoys her 10 grandkids and knitting preemie hats for charity.
Jessica Wasmer Northover has been a sales representative for Fabric Innovations since 2016. And working in the industry since 2007.
After growing up in the industry she went to work for her family business Wasmer Contract group while in College. After college she continued to work part time for the business while pursuing a career in Television Production.
Given the unsteady nature of that industry she found herself pushed more and more into hospitality sales. She eventually went to work with Innovations Wallcovering before moving to her current position at Fabric Innovations.
Through all of this she continued to help build the NEWH OC Regional Group once the OC Chapter dissolved into a regional group. Being a part of NEWH is very important to Jessica and she is dedicated to supporting and upholding the NEWH Mission of Networking, Scholarships and Education.
Jessica loves the Hospitality industry and could not imagine herself anywhere else. Plus with all of this responsibility, she is mom to two adorable little girls.
Zachery Mundt – Principal of EverBridge Agency and Scholarship Director of the Orange County Regional NEWH Chapter.
I am a proud father and husband, a passionate home chef, and lover of humanity. Taking care of people is in my DNA and I strive to provide empathetic excellence in all areas of life. EverBridge Agency has won numerous awards from our manufacturing partners, but our greatest reward comes from the same place as our beloved hospitality industry as a whole: taking excellent care of those who trust in us to do so.
I am so excited to be a part of the team and look forward to aid in inviting the next generation of hospitably professionals into our world.
Jane Jones is the SoCal sales representative for Silver State Textiles calling on Hospitality, Contract and Residential customers.

In her spare time she likes to read, go to the beach, and spend time with friends and family.
