Shalls Design Studio spearheads a major renovation in Old Town Fort Collins
Tasked with revamping a historic 1923 hotel in downtown Fort Collins, Colorado Shalls Design Studio was well aware of the riches that the building offered -- a wide plate-glass entryway, tin ceilings, terrazzo flooring. Instead of piling on Art Deco cliches for the Armstrong Hotel, the team looked to the agricultural heritage of the area.
