When Albergo Miramonti opened in the Italian village of Corteno Golgi, it was the first hotel in town to flaunt hot water in every room. But, the forward-thinking property built in 1958 grew tired over the years, and the third-generation family owners were keen to expand upon their grandfather\'s original vision.
