From design limitations and sustainability mandates to procurement complexity and long-term compliance, panelists will break down how to navigate the red tape while delivering functional, high-impact, and publicly accountable spaces. Attendees will gain practical insights on design strategy, procurement protocols, and policy-driven decision-making in government-tied hospitality development.

Door Prizes: 3:30 pm & 5:45 pm Two $500 cash door prizes will be awarded to two lucky winners. Drawing will be held at 3:30 pm and 5:45 pm. You must be present to win. Visit the exhibitors at the show with your door prize card and collect 45 stamps to qualify. It’s so simple!

Registration opened for all vendors Tuesday, April 1, 2025 9:00am CST through Friday, April 4, 2025 6:00pm CST. Those registering within this timeframe were entered into a lottery system. Click here for a description of the lottery system.
