Have you ever wondered how faucets and fixtures are made? What makes one manufacturer superior to another? In this course, participants will learn about the manufacturing process of decorative faucets and fixtures. Understanding these processes, including the different finishing, it will help you better specify products for different usages and applications. Learn how living finishes apply differently to contrasting geographical locations. Finally, stay current on ADA compliances and design trends when it comes to styles and finishes of faucets and fixtures. Learning Objectives 1. Company Biography:
Currently, we sell our Newport Brass and Ginger brands to International Hospitality companies of all sizes. Newport Brass is an all brass, multi-finish (28), and Southern Californian made faucet company. Ginger, a design innovation driven company has been designing solid forged brass bathroom accessories, lighting and mirrors since 1983.

We are a small division of Masco Brands (http://masco.com/). Masco is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of brand-name products for the home improvement and new home construction markets including faucets, kitchen and bath cabinets, paints and stains, bath and shower units, spas, showering and plumbing specialties, decorative hardware (Delta, Hansgrohe, Behr Paints, Kichler).

Presenter Biography:
My personal goals and passions have crossed paths with working with all types of people around the world, building homes for families in Northeast Ohio, supporting the global architecture and design community, creatively solving technical challenges for my customers, and sustaining my high values of a strong work ethic. I enjoy working with incredible designers that create healthy beautiful spaces commercially and residentially. My home is based in the Midwest with my wife (art teacher) and two teenage kids (Patrick and Katie).
