To Register to be a Showroom Sponsor:

• To sign up, indicate “1” for one showroom, then click “Add to Cart“.
• Next screen:  a yellow box appears, click “View cart“.
• Next screen:  click the “Checkout” box to be taken to the Registration page.
• Complete the Registration form and payment information, to pay by credit card.

You can also download and save a .pdf file here, and submit the completed form by fax, email or mail (mailing instructions are on page 2 of the form).
