We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Hospitality Account Executive to lead the growth of Society6’s hospitality and B2B business. This role calls for a hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to drive expansion. The Hospitality Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new business, nurturing key relationships, and overseeing all phases of the sales cycle within the hospitality industry.

You’ll Report To: Sr Director, Sales

A typical day as a Hospitality Account Executive might include:

  • Play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth
  • Spearhead the acquisition of new accounts and exceed sales targets, while fostering strong, profitable relationships with existing brands, designers, and clients
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline managed through Salesforce
  • Participate in industry associations and travel as required for travel trade shows and client meetings
  • Schedule and present monthly “lunch and learns” to industry firms both in-person and online
  • Plans and implements an ongoing Targeted Account Development “hit list” to create new revenue and acquire valuable hotel contacts, and contracts
  • Continually targets and prospects for new business through telemarketing, individual creativity, and innovation
  • Works with the merchandising and artist team to curate comprehensive artwork/product packages based on customers’ needs
  • Manages individual account list’s operational and customer service needs
  • Ability to review and understand project/product specifications
  • Working with our product development team and vendors to find customer-based solutions
  • Project management through all phases of the sales cycle including selling, quoting, presenting, closing, invoicing, collections, and shipping
  • Maintaining consistent reporting of all projects and business development initiatives
  • Provide monthly and quarterly business summaries to leadership
  • Monthly travel to trade shows, customer locations, and industry events (10-20%)

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of Hospitality Sales or Design experience
  • Art consulting and project management experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Relationship building expertise
  • Experience communicating with outside vendors and directly with customers
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High energy with a drive for success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Not afraid to wear multiple hats – no job being too small or too large.
