Position Overview
Royal Thai is seeking a dynamic, experienced Aviation Sales Representative to spearhead sales of our custom-made, hand-tufted carpets to aviation OEMs and their interior suppliers, including leading companies such as Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Dassault.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Aviation Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in strengthening our presence in the private jet market by building strong client relationships, expanding our market share, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience that reflects Royal Thai’s expertise in aviation design.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets in aviation interiors.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within OEMs, MROs, and interior suppliers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term partnerships with aviation industry stakeholders.
- Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, secure deals, and maximize margins.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM systems, and deliver timely reports.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Customer Support: Manage inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and uphold Royal Thai’s reputation for premium service.
- Pricing & Quoting: Prepare accurate quotations aligned with client requirements and company guidelines.
- Industry Representation: Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote Royal Thai’s brand and offerings.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Direct experience in aviation interiors sales (textiles, flooring, or related cabin décor products).
- Established network of contacts within OEMs and interior vendors.
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing sales.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively representing a premium brand in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Profile
- Prior exposure to luxury goods or bespoke design-driven products.
- Experience working with CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous.
