DEKKO – Remote position (US)
As the Hospitality Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving DEKKO’s growth within the hospitality sector. You are responsible for delivering the annual sales budget while building a strong foundation for long-term channel success. Acting as the primary point of contact between DEKKO and our hospitality partners, you will develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships that accelerate revenue and create mutual value.
This role requires a commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality path to market, key influencers, and decision-makers. You will leverage both direct and indirect sales strategies to identify opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen partner engagement. Success in this role depends on your ability to translate customer needs into actionable growth strategies, align cross-functional teams, and execute with discipline and impact.
What you’ll do:
Increase market share within the hospitality channel:
- Drive growth and increase market share within the hospitality channel by executing targeted sales and channel strategies.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales plans to expand market penetration and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct ongoing market and customer research to identify evolving needs, providing actionable insights to internal sales and cross-functional teams.
- Manage customer follow-ups related to sales opportunities, specifications, and applications to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Establish & maintain industry contacts that lead to sales:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand DEKKO’s presence and market share within the hospitality sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospitality stakeholders, including designers, procurement groups, hotel owners, management groups, and hospitality OEM furniture manufacturers.
- Leverage CRM tools to accurately track sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
- Create and implement targeted sales tactics to meet or exceed annual revenue goals, ensuring alignment with DEKKO’s overall business objectives.
Participate in sales forecasting and planning:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic sales plans for management review and approval.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company strategic objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure sales plans are fully aligned.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate monthly sales performance data to support informed decisions around product strategy, inventory planning, and service levels.
Participate in research for development of new products, modification of existing products, & planned obsolescence of ineffective products:
- Evaluate the marketability and competitive positioning of DEKKO’s products and services within the hospitality sector.
- Recommend new product introductions, technical enhancements, and product modifications, as well as identify opportunities for product rationalization or discontinuation.
- Collect, analyze, and share customer technical requirements and feedback to inform product development and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, and operations teams to anticipate future customer needs and market demands.

About you:
- Proven success selling in the hospitality industry including designers, procurement groups, hotel owners, management groups, and hospitality OEM furniture manufacturers.
- Management of direct staff and independent sales representatives
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Strong communication skills
