About Mod Hospitality
Mod Hospitality supplies hotel casegoods, seating, millwork, and FF&E, providing both manufacturing and full installation for guestroom and public-area projects throughout DMV, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated professional to lead sales outreach and support project management for hospitality renovation and new-construction projects. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue hotel renovation opportunities in DMV, WV, PA, and NC
- Build relationships with interior designers, hotel owners, management groups, and purchasing firms
- Present Mod Hospitality’s capabilities and product offering
Project Management Support
- Assist with proposals, takeoffs, and project documentation
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
- Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Help ensure timely delivery and successful completion of assigned projects
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales, construction, millwork, FF&E, or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive
Compensation
- Base Salary + commission structure
- Strong earning potential as territory grows
