Position Overview

As an Independent Sales Representative for THE MAD GROUP, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our lines across multiple territories. You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers in areas such as:

  • Hospitality (Hotels and Resorts)
  • Multi-family Condominiums
  • Senior Living Communities
  • Healthcare Facilities
  • Educational Institutions
  • Work Spaces (e.g., co-working spaces, corporate offices)

You’ll work remotely on a commission basis, collaborating with our customer service, operations, and marketing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in educational workshops and trainings, while providing key market and industry insights to help refine our strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by actively pursuing leads and building strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Showcase product lines through demonstrations, presentations, and targeted outreach.
  • Maintain regular communication with THE MAD GROUP’s internal teams to fulfill client needs and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Attend and contribute to sales trainings and industry-specific workshops.
  • Leverage your existing network to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an independent sales representative is preferred but not a deal breaker! (Existing clientele in hospitality, healthcare, educational, or related industries is a bonus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited by the challenge of a commission-based environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for CRM and remote collaboration.
  • Passion for growing a brand, building relationships, and championing innovative solutions.

Compensation & Additional Details

  • 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
  • Remote position (candidates must be based in the U.S. and eligible for commission payments).
