The company is built on the solid operational and manufacturing foundation of an existing textile mill company based in India with design & sales office in USA. Posh relies on our rich Indian heritage with American designer sensibilities to create unique collections for the fast-changing contract market.

JOB DESCRIPTION INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement a sales plans for your territory.
  • Should be established in your respective territory
  • Should have existing relationships within:
    • A & D community
    • Hotel Brands
    • Purchasing Agents
    • Management and Procurement Companies
    • Property owners
  • Drive to build new relationships
  • Travel periodically within the territory with Posh Textiles corporate personnel.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry
  • Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
