Solaire Lighting is a dynamic manufacturer of custom hospitality public area and guestroom lighting. We work in collaboration with industry-leading hospitality design firms, purchasing firms, and hotel management companies to design, engineer and produce unique lighting pieces. Our product designs range from boutique properties to 5-star resorts. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, our team consists of a combined 30 years of experience in various fields such as sourcing materials, construction techniques, project management and logistics

We are looking to hire a Sales Coordinator. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth customer interactions in the decorative hospitality lighting industry.

Responsibilities

  • Quotation Preparation: Preparing detailed quotes based on client needs, project specifications, and architectural drawings. This involves ensuring quotes include pricing, lead times, and technical specifications, working with sales and project management to meet standards. They source product information from suppliers, collaborate with engineering for technical support.
  • Sales Support: administrative support to the sales team, including managing and organizing reports, and coordinating with customers on quote details and deliverable expectations. They respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, direct calls to sales reps, and assist with processing purchase orders and invoices. Additional duties can include scheduling meetings and maintaining a filing system for contracts and client communications.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborating with marketing, finance, and logistics teams for campaign execution, pricing updates, and deliveries. They may also monitor production lead times to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Product Knowledge & Expertise: Developing a strong understanding of decorative lighting products and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Communication & Relationships: Building relationships with industry professionals such as architects, designers, and contractors, and communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Canva, Word and Excel (2 years required)
  • Have exceptional people skills and a sense of humor (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Quick learner with the ability to prioritize and solve problems efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills when speaking with clients
  • Extremely organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Have a passion for lighting or design
