We’re a dynamic and forward-thinking FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement firm looking for energetic, driven talent to help us generate new business and build client relationships from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make high-volume cold calls to prospective clients using various lead generation tools and platforms.
  • Analyze, qualify, and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and project directors to transition qualified leads into proposals and active projects.
  • Draft and send proposals; manage follow-up until handoff.
  • Assist in developing preliminary project budgets for clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce preferred) and sales forecasts.
  • Participate in daily/weekly business development meetings to track performance and refine strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred — bonus if in hospitality, construction, FF&E, or design-related industries (but not required).
  • Strong cold-calling and lead generation skills — fearless on the phone.
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Salesforce or CRM experience a plus.
  • High-energy, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
