Thibaut Contract is on the lookout for a friendly and dedicated Senior Project Coordinator! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our contract sales function runs smoothly by helping to develop, monitor, and enhance our operating procedures for all aspects of contract sales and order processing.

We’d love for you to join our team in person at our headquarters in New Jersey, as this is an in-office position. We can’t wait to meet you!

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role within an A&D vendor.
  • A firm grasp of the purchaser/specifier business model.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite are required.
  • INFOR and MMC experience are a plus – ERP and CRM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Persistent and proactive
  • Able to multi-task and manage a dynamic list of priorities.
  • A team player and a self-starter.
  • Must be meticulous with solid attention to detail.
  • Must be able to manage time and communicate clearly and effectively.

Key Deliverables:

  • By working within the Thibaut Design network, develop and execute best-practice operating procedures for quoting, ordering, invoicing, and shipping for contract-specific orders and sales.
  • Establish best practices to monitor orders that may come through to the residential client experience team.
  • Developing and executing best practice communication between key stakeholders throughout the internal sales process for purchasers, GC, and the outside sales team.
  • Developing and executing best practice communication between internal departments within the Thibaut Design network.
  • Direct special projects to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct research into industry best practices.
  • Advocate for operational needs during management meetings.
  • Advise senior leadership regarding market expansion.
  • Represent the company at conferences or meetings with vendors.
  • Train and Support Junior Project Coordinator
  • Monitor overall pipeline activity and liaise directly with external sales, purchasing, and mill representatives.
