Placement of NEWH Corporate Partners and Platinum and Gold Show Sponsors occurs first. Placement of remaining exhibitors takes months and NEWH, Inc. office will forward floor plan via email when it is your turn for placement. If you desire to be adjacent to another vendor please note that request in Additional Notes at bottom of this form.

Booth Cancellations will be accepted up to December 23, 2025 with a full refund; After this date, a 50% forfeit will apply until January 6, 2026; then no refunds will be allowed. *If a refund is allowed, the refund will be less any applicable service charges. All sponsorships are non-refundable. To make your dollars go further, please consider paying ACH.

Liability Acceptance

Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by Rosen Centre Hotel, its owners or managers which result from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Rosen Centre Hotel, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor's use of the property. Exhibitor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Exhibitor's occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof.
