When Amtrend Corporation was purchased by its present owner in 1980, its main focus was new furniture for the Recreational Vehicle Industry. Realizing that this industry was limited in its scope, Amtrend turned its focus to the Hospitality, Restaurant and Corporate Industries as its principal business.

Within two years, Amtrend was the primary source for furniture reupholstery and refinishing for Bank of America. As part of its expansion plans. Amtrend became a major vendor in the restaurant field, manufacturing and installing upholstered seating for over 400 Coco’s and Carrow’s Restaurants.

Today from its 50,000 square foot state of the art facility in Fullerton, California, Amtrend Corporation services it’s clients nationwide, and is a leader in supplying furniture for the Hospitality, Restaurant, Corporate and Health Care Industries. Amtrend proudly lists among its clients, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, Disneyland, Marie Callender’s, Acapulco/El Torito, Denny’s, Elephant Bar and Cheesecake Factory.
