Personal Statement
After spending the last decade immersed in design, technology, and collaborative environments, I’m now diving into my passion for interior design as a student at Wilson School of Design. The chance to combine my background in design and collaboration with my long-lasting love for interior design is an exciting next step in my career.
Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had the privilege of working on various design and tech projects with a focus on learning, collaboration, and positive results. I’m comfortable with tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp and have the soft skills for team coordination. I understand the importance of building strong relationships within a team to turn visions into reality. These skills, combined with my eye for detail and strong time management abilities, have shaped my approach to design to help do my best work. I’m excited about the opportunity to work with a talented design team and sharing my passion, skills, and fresh perspective. I am driven to gain insights into the entire design process — from concept to construction — and to further grow in this field.
