Personal Statement
Hello!
My name is Maricela Echeveste. I am currently completing my third year in Arizona State University’s Interior Design program. As an honors student, I have begun conducting research for my thesis topic, focusing on the integration of multisensory elements in workplace design. I am passionate about sustainability and inclusive design practices.
I am drawn toward the field of interior design for its unique ability to improve everyday life through creativity and thoughtful problem-solving. My design approach blends functionality with a deep appreciation for textures, natural materials, and human-centered spaces .I aspire to create inclusive spaces that not only serve but inspire the people who use them.
